ARE YOU A
Youth?

If you are in crisis, do not wait. You can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. You can also contact your nearest Florida Network shelter directly. All services are free, confidential and available every day of the year. You do not have to be in danger to ask for help. If you are struggling, that is reason enough.
We work with young people facing all kinds of challenges, including conflict at home, running away, trouble at school, truancy, feeling unsafe, and not knowing where to turn. You do not have to have all the answers before you call. Our staff are trained to listen, help you sort through what is going on, and connect you with the right support for your situation.
When you contact a Florida Network program, a trained staff member will talk with you about what is going on and what kind of help might be a good fit. Everything you share is confidential. No one will pressure you. If you need a safe place to stay, we can help arrange that. If you want someone to talk to without going further, that is OK too. You are in control of the process.

ARE YOU A
Parent & Guardian?
The Florida Network offers a range of voluntary, community-based services for youth ages 6-17 and their families. These include emergency shelter for youth who are runaway, homeless or in an unsafe situation; individual, family and group counseling through CINS/FINS community programs; the SNAP program for children ages 6-11 and their parents; and domestic violence and probation respite placements. All services are provided at no cost to the family.
Parenting a teenager or a child with difficult behaviors can be exhausting. You do not have to have it figured out before you call. Our counselors work alongside families, not just youth, to build communication, set goals and find practical solutions. We can also connect you with additional community resources for housing, mental health care, substance use support and more.
