Beginning her professional career as a Residential Substance Abuse Counselor, Tiffany was met with the reality of providing services to challenging populations. After nearly two years, Tiffany decided to expand her professional opportunities and take the journey to obtain her Master’s in Social Work at Florida State University. Three days after graduation with her MSW, she continued her voyage working for the Someplace Else Crisis Shelter at Capital City Youth Services. One year later, she became the Transitional Living Program Manager at CCYS, developing a long-term residential program from ground zero. As current Quality Improvement and Compliance Manager at the Florida Network, Tiffany strives to partner with others to identify and implement creative solutions to providing quality services to support children and the agencies that serve them.
