CALL FOR PROPOSAL: STOP NOW AND PLAN (SNAP®) SERVICES
The Florida Network of Youth and Family Services, Inc. (“Florida Network”), on behalf of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to deliver a statewide continuum of Stop Now and Plan (SNAP®) services to eligible youth and families. SNAP® is an evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral intervention designed to help children ages 6 – 19 regulate emotions, strengthen problem-solving skills, and reduce behaviors that place them at risk for juvenile justice involvement. SNAP® models include SNAP® in Schools, SNAP® for Youth, and SNAP® Youth Justice, each building on the foundational SNAP® Under 12 framework.

Shelter and Community Counseling Services
Florida Judicial Circuit 7, Circuit 9, and Circuit 18 (Brevard County)
The Florida Network of Youth and Family Services, Inc., on behalf of the Department of Juvenile Justice, is inviting qualified agencies to submit proposals to deliver crisis intervention services for youth and families identified as Children in Need of Services (CINS) and Families in Need of Services (FINS) under Chapter 984, Florida Statutes.
Agencies must be able to provide a full range of services for Shelter and Community Counseling, as well as Respite Services for youth involved in family domestic violence situations or youth on probation for eligible families within the designated service areas. Services are being sought for Florida Judicial Circuit 7, Circuit 9, and Circuit 18 (Brevard County)
If multiple proposals are submitted for the same judicial circuit or service area, submissions will be reviewed and scored by independent evaluators. The contract will be awarded to the respondent with the highest score. The Florida Network reserves the right to request supplemental information to clarify the respondent’s proposal.
